Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of your tour. Here is exactly how it works.
Murat Atalay Travel Agency TÜRSAB licensed travel agency No. 11294
Up to 48 hours before
Cancel free of charge, for any reason. Since nothing was paid online, there is nothing to refund: the booking is simply removed. Write to us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84, or reply to your confirmation e-mail, and give your reference.
Inside 48 hours, and no-shows
A cancellation inside the window, or a guest who is not at the hotel at the confirmed time, is a late cancellation: the operator has held the seat and the lunch for you. Tell us as early as you can — a convoy that has not yet left can sometimes take the change.
Changing the date
Up to 48 hours before, a date change is free: one message is enough. Inside the window it counts as a cancellation and a new booking.
When we cancel
The agency may cancel a departure for weather, safety or operational reasons. You are then offered another date or released from the booking without any charge.
