Who you are booking with

Seats are sold by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency registered with TÜRSAB under licence No. 11294. The tour is run by the agency's jeep operator in Alanya. Your contract is with the agency.

What a booking is

A booking made on this site reserves seats on the date you chose, for the guests you named by age, with pickup at the hotel you gave. You receive a reference at once and, if you gave an e-mail address, a written confirmation. Your pickup time is confirmed separately, the day before, by phone or WhatsApp.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the page and in the booking form at the moment you confirm, per person and by age row. It includes the hotel pickup and return and lunch. Nothing is charged online. You pay the whole fare in euros on the day of the tour, to the team that collects you.

• Not included, and paid on the spot if you take them: drinks, the optional Dim Cave entrance, and photo and video.
• A seat that is not paid for on the day is not provided.

Pickup

Be at your hotel's entrance at the time you were given. A guest who is not there at that time may be left behind, because the convoy has other hotels to collect. If you are running late, call or write to us at once.

Children and fitness

Children travel with an adult. Children under 4 travel free. The tracks are bumpy and the jeeps are open: pregnant guests and anyone with high blood pressure or a heart condition should join only on their doctor's advice, and the day is not recommended for anyone with a back or neck problem. Tell us before boarding about anything of the kind, and the operator decides whether you can travel safely. Guests do not drive the jeeps.

Season

The tour runs from April to November. A booking for a date outside those months cannot be made on this site; a request for one is answered by the agency after asking the operator.

Changes and cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, by WhatsApp or by replying to your confirmation. A date change inside that window is treated as a cancellation and a new booking. The agency may cancel a departure for weather, safety or operational reasons; you are then offered another date or released from the booking without charge.

Liability

The agency is liable for the proper performance of the contract under Turkish law. It is not liable for loss caused by your own conduct, by a third party unconnected with the tour, or by circumstances it could not foresee or avoid. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
