What we record when you book

The booking form asks for your name, a phone number, the date, the number of guests by age, your hotel and its area, and — if you choose to give them — your e-mail address, room number, the language you would like us to use and any notes.

• Name and phone — so we can confirm your pickup time and reach you on the day.
• Date and guests — so the convoy and the lunch are arranged for the right people.
• Hotel, area and room — so the driver knows where to collect you.
• E-mail, if you give one — for your written confirmation.
• Notes, if you write any — including anything you choose to tell us about health, a child's age or a dietary request.

What we record when you send a request

Your name and phone number, your e-mail address if you give one, and what you tell us — the hotel, the date, the number of guests and your message.

Who sees it

The travel agency that sells the tour, Murat Atalay Travel Agency, and the jeep operator that runs it, who needs your name, hotel, phone number and party to collect you and seat you. Our booking system is hosted on a server operated for the agency. Nothing is passed to advertisers, and nothing is sold.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics script. It counts visits with a first-party, cookieless beacon that stores no personal data and keeps no record of your address. Your browser may store a preference such as the language you chose.

How long we keep it

Bookings are kept for as long as the agency's accounting and tax obligations require, then deleted. A request that does not become a booking is deleted once it is answered and no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84 or through the contact page, and say which booking or request you mean.
