How your time is decided

Each morning the convoy works its way along the coast road, hotel after hotel, so the minute it reaches yours is decided by your hotel's position on the road and by the day's other bookings. The operator's window is 08:00–09:15 across the belt; no per-hotel time is printed for that reason. Once the next day's sequence is set, your time is sent to you by phone or WhatsApp.

On the morning, stand at your hotel's entrance at that time, ready to leave. There are other hotels to collect after yours, so the jeeps cannot wait long.

The eight areas, west to east

Okurcalar, İncekum and Avsallar at the western end of the strip; Türkler and Konaklı on the approach to the town; the Alanya centre itself; Oba and Kestel on the eastern side. One fare, the transfer inside it, for all eight.

Mahmutlar and Kargıcak: on request

Both lie east of Kestel, past the belt the operator runs its standard pickup on. They are not turned away: the booking form knows their hotels, finds yours, and routes you to us instead of booking blind — give us the hotel and the date and we answer with what the operator can arrange.

A hotel the form does not know

The hotel list is only what the booking form has learnt so far. It is not a list of partner hotels, nor a finished one: type the name, choose the area, and we take the booking as usual, confirming the pickup once the operator sets the day's sequence.

Beyond Alanya

Side, Manavgat, Antalya and anywhere further are not on this tour's pickup — this is the Alanya day. They are not refused, and they are not booked blind either: ask us, naming the hotel and the date, and we will say what the operator can do.
