How long is the jeep safari?
About 8 hours from your hotel to your hotel: pickup between 08:00 and 09:15, the tour from 10:00 to 15:00, then the drive back.
What time will you pick me up?
Between 08:00 and 09:15 — that window covers the whole belt. Your hotel's own time comes on the eve of the tour, by phone or WhatsApp, and you wait at the hotel entrance.
Is lunch included?
Yes. The €25 fare covers lunch at the riverside restaurant on the Dim; what you drink with it is paid there.
What do children pay?
Children aged 4 to 8 pay €13; anyone younger than 4 rides free. From 9 up, the fare is €25.
Can I take a baby?
Yes — a child under 4 rides free. Bear in mind the open jeep, the dust and the shaking: it is a long day for a very small child.
Can I drive the jeep myself?
No. Every jeep has a professional local driver, the whole day.
Will I get wet?
Almost certainly. Summer convoys soak each other with water on the way, and the afternoon has a swim stop. Phone and valuables in a sealed pouch; dry clothes for the drive back are worth packing.
What should I wear and bring?
Clothes that can get wet and dusty, nothing delicate. The operator's list: swimwear, a towel, sports shoes or sandals, sunscreen, and small change for the extras — drinks, the cave, photos. A hat, something dry to change into and a waterproof pouch for the phone are sensible if you want them.
Is it rough?
Bumpy, yes — the tracks into the Taurus are unpaved. Pregnant guests and anyone with high blood pressure or a heart condition should join only on their doctor's advice, and a back or neck problem deserves a thought before you book.
Do we visit the Dim Cave?
If you want to, yes. The Dim Cave is the late-morning option, between 10:30 and 12:00, chosen instead of the swim in the Dim River. Its entrance fee is extra and paid at the cave.
Where do you collect from?
Every hotel between Okurcalar and Kestel: Okurcalar, İncekum, Avsallar, Türkler, Konaklı, the Alanya centre, Oba and Kestel — all with the transfer in the fare. The pickup page has the details.
I am staying in Mahmutlar or Kargıcak. Can you collect me?
On request. Both are east of Kestel and outside the standard pickup; the booking form will find your hotel and send you to us, and we reply with the options the operator has for your date. Send a request.
My hotel is in Side, Manavgat or Antalya. Is pickup possible?
Not as a standard pickup: this is the Alanya day. Tell us the hotel and we will ask the operator what can be arranged.
How do I pay?
In euros, on the morning, to the people who collect you. The site charges nothing and never asks for a card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at no cost until 48 hours before departure: one WhatsApp message, or a reply to the confirmation, does it.
When does the jeep safari run?
Every day from April to November. The form refuses other months; for a winter date, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it to the operator.
Are the jeeps open-top?
Yes — open 4x4s, which is why the water fights work and why you will be dusty by lunch.
How many people fit in a booking?
One booking takes 20 guests at most. Bigger party? Send a request and the convoy is arranged for you.
Do I get a confirmation?
Immediately: a reference on screen, and the same in writing if you left an e-mail address. The pickup time comes separately, the day before.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Tomorrow is the earliest the form accepts. For a seat today, message us on WhatsApp and we will check the convoy.
Is insurance included?
The operator's local travel insurance for the day is listed in the price. It does not replace your own travel insurance.

Murat Atalay Travel Agency sells the tour — TÜRSAB licence No. 11294 — and its jeep operator in Alanya runs it.
