The west end of the belt
Okurcalar sits at the far western edge of the Alanya coast, with İncekum and Avsallar between it and the town. Being first on the map says nothing about the pickup order — the convoy's sequence is planned afresh each day — but it does mean the morning starts with the whole coast road ahead of you before the climb begins.
