Short answer
A hotel in the Alanya centre is collected from at no extra cost. The centre has more small hotels and apartment-hotels than any resort zone, so the form's list is shorter than the town: type the hotel's name and choose 'Alanya centre' when it is missing, and the operator confirms the pickup when it plans the day. The time comes the day before.
Harbour side, castle side, old streets
The centre's hotels are spread from the harbour across the old quarters and up towards the castle rock, and many of them are family-run places with a handful of rooms. The directory the form searches lists the ones it knows under 'Alanya Center'; the rest are typed in. Neither kind is a problem for the pickup — the driver comes to the entrance you give.
Narrow streets and the entrance
In the old streets the jeeps cannot always reach the door. If your hotel is up a lane, the time message may name a nearby corner or the street end as the meeting place; be there at the time, with the fare in euros, and the day runs as from any resort.
